Q: Can you tell me about the packages you offer?
A: I understand how overwhelming planning a wedding can be so I to try keep things as simple as possible. My packages include things that I think most couples need for their wedding day and beyond, and which will enhance their experience.
My starting packages includes:
- 8 hours of wedding day coverage
- a 2nd photographer
- an online image gallery for sharing images with friends and family
- a usb drive of all edited, high-res digital files
I am very happy to provide additional information on these packages....I send a detailed online brochure to anybody who makes an enquiry, so you can browse at your leisure with no obligation.
I understand that your wedding and family is extremely important to you and that you are investing in something thing that lasts and is passed down for generations
Q: Can I customize my package further?
A: Packages can include Engagement sessions, Albums, Slideshows, Additional photographers, Boudoir sessions, Rehearsal Dinner coverage, Guest-signing books.....and there is an A La Carte menu from which you can create a package that is tailored entirely to your needs.
Q: Can you tell me more about your Albums?
A: Every album is individually designed with input from my clients, and might include design elements taken from some of their wedding details...making them even more unique. They are really luxurious and beautifully crafted using only the finest leathers. This helps them to stand the test of time so that they can be enjoyed by generations to come.
Q: What is your photographic style?
A: I hope my work is the perfect blend of fine art, photojournalism, high-fashion and fairytale romance.
People often think a photographer has to somehow fall into a certain camp when it comes to wedding photography.
Not so! If you love my work then my style is definitely YOUR style.
I would even say that the best wedding photographers have to be skilled in lots of different styles.
At certain moments of your day I might be a high-fashion photographer, others an unobtrusive photojournalist or an engaging portrait photographer.
Q: Can you tell me why we should choose you?
A There are often a number of factors that come in to play when you choose your wedding photographer...if any of the following resonate with you, then we might be a perfect match!
A1: If my images speak to you in a certain way - you love how they seem evocative, or striking, fun perhaps, … .if they speak to you on an emotional level.
A2 :Photographs are very important to you and you want your wedding photographs in particular to be amazing...and you would like one-on-one personalized attention from start to finish
A3. You might not necessarily like having your photo taken so you want somebody who can make you feel comfortable, at ease on this special day...bringing out the best in you, making you look amazing while keeping it stress-free
A5. You think that most photographers’ wedding work looks pretty much the same and you want something more creative, more your style
A6.Your photographer is often the most intimate non-relative at your wedding, one of the most emotional of days of your life. You need to be able to trust your photographer implicitly and feel comfortable with them and fully supported by them. You want to know that they care about you
Q: Do I get my negatives? How long does it take?
A: I believe in being good to my clients, so I don't hold your negatives to ransom. You receive all of the digital negatives. I try to make my turnaround time as short as possible...some images for social media perhaps within a day or two...a slideshow after a few days....the entire edited image collection often within a week or two if time allows
Q: Can I make my own prints?
A: Of course! Or you might prefer to trust my printers more that your local ones, and order through the online service I have set up
Q: Do you travel?
A: I certainly do. I have shot weddings all across the US and Hawaii , at castles in Ireland and Italy, villas in Mexico, beaches in the Caribbean and even a Shrine in Tokyo. We photographers love new inspiration!
Q: I really want you, but you’re out of my budget, what can I do?
A: Decide what's really important to you - keeping in mind that the photographer actually creates the long term memories that you will have of your wedding day. Perhaps you might see other areas of your budget that can be adjusted
Q: What do I need to do to hire you?
A: A signed contract and a retainer of 50% are required to reserve the date for you. Dates are filled on a first come-first served basis
Q: Can I make an appointment to meet with you?
A: Of course! I believe a personal connection is very important. I love meeting with prospective clients...even if we just chat on the phone or see each other on Skype! It is also good to meet with other photographers so you can have a basis for comparison and see if I am the perfect fit for you
